Refund Policy

Returns/ Exchanges

Unfortunately, no returns due to the nature of the products. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please include a picture of damaged item when submitting your request. Notice of defective or damaged item needs to be done within 3 days of delivery. If no notice is made within 3 days of delivery, replacement is voided. 

If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and need to exchange it for something similar and equal value, send us an email at contact@gracefultouch.co for additional information within 3 days of items received.  

Lost/Stolen Packages 

Graceful Touch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking number has been provided, Graceful Touch will not replace any items purchased. 


Shipping

To return your defective or damaged product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
