Many Graceful Touch products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in appearance are natural and make each item unique.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Graceful Touch is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Graceful Touch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
